    All in-person coaching is based at The Gym Group, The Moor, in Sheffield city centre in the UK. More details will be shared during your consultation. You will have an optional (but recommended) face-to-face consultation, following the initial online one.

    In-person coaching plays a key role in helping you build confidence, consistency, and proper technique. By having a coach physically present to guide, motivate, and correct you in real time, you’re more likely to stay disciplined and progress efficiently toward your goals. As you become more confident navigating the gym, understanding how to train effectively, and sticking to a routine, you may wish to transition to online coaching. This allows for more flexibility and independence while still receiving personalised plans, check-ins, and support—making it a smooth progression from being coached on the gym floor to training independently on your own terms.

Endurance Training

If your goal is to improve endurance, I can create a customised workout plan designed to help you build stamina and increase your overall fitness level. By incorporating a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and progressive intensity, we’ll work together to gradually boost your endurance. Strength Training

If your goal is to build strength, I will tailor your workout plan with weight based training, focusing on progressive overload and compound movements. I’ll create a program that targets key muscle groups, gradually increasing resistance to ensure consistent progress. Strength training is crucial as you get older in preventing diseases like osteoporosis. So if the goal isn’t to become a professional bodybuilder, strength training still plays an important role in your health. (This doesn’t mean you have to develop huge muscles!)

Hypertrophy

If your goal is hypertrophy (muscle growth), I can make you a plan that targets muscle development through carefully structured resistance training. By focusing on optimal volume, progressive overload, and varying rep ranges, your plan will be tailored to challenge your muscles and stimulate growth effectively. Beginner

If you’re just starting out with training, I’ll create a beginner-friendly plan that helps you build a strong foundation with confidence. We’ll keep things simple but effective, removing the overwhelm and making sure you understand exactly what you’re doing and why. Everything is delivered through a shared spreadsheet, making it easy to follow and track progress. We’ll have regular check-ins to review your progress, keep you accountable, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. You’ll also have direct access to me for any questions, feedback, or support you need along the way. Online coaching is perfect if you want flexibility without losing structure—it gives you expert guidance, accountability, and results, all from wherever you choose to train.

    With online coaching, you also have the option to follow a fully customised at-home training plan—perfect if you don’t feel comfortable in a gym environment or simply prefer training in your own space. Whether you have access to basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands or nothing at all, your plan will be tailored to suit what you have and still deliver real results. You’ll still receive the same level of guidance, structure, and accountability through check-ins and progress tracking, ensuring you stay consistent and supported throughout your journey, no matter where you choose to train.
