When you sign up for nutrition coaching, you’ll receive a fully personalised plan tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Your plan will include calculated calories and macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbs) that are constantly monitored and adjusted as needed. You’ll have the option of following detailed meal plans and suggestions, or simply using the macro breakdown to build your own meals with more flexibility. You will have access to the Kahunas app track your intake easily, and on the app you will receive your easily accessible plan - personally created by me and specifically tailored to you. Having a nutritionist doesn’t mean cutting out all your favourite foods or surviving on vegetables—it’s about learning how to fuel your body properly while still enjoying what you eat, and creating a healthy, sustainable balance that fits your life.
