What's Included
When you sign up for nutrition coaching, you’ll receive a fully personalised plan tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Your plan will include calculated calories and macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbs) that are constantly monitored and adjusted as needed. You’ll have the option of following detailed meal plans and suggestions, or simply using the macro breakdown to build your own meals with more flexibility. I’ll also provide you with a pre-coded spreadsheet to track your intake easily, and I usually recommend using MyFitnessPal to make the process even smoother. Having a nutritionist doesn’t mean cutting out all your favourite foods or surviving on vegetables—it’s about learning how to fuel your body properly while still enjoying what you eat, and creating a healthy, sustainable balance that fits your life.
